The eNd Has Come

Today marks the last day for me @ werk. I'm soo happy. Guess the days in this environment is really an eye-opener for me. I'm just counting the hours till 1630hrs.Then I'll be free. Maybe I don't have the patience. Then I'm a loud person. So sometimes when I don't intend to shout I mite sound like I' m u see.

Yesterday started out quite normal. I got up n as usual called Rudy up coz he had to go for his Class 2B traffic test @ 0715hrs. And like all other occasions this guy wud ask the same q "By, wat bus to take ar?" Bukan aper.. si dekni ni ader short-term memory. Ha ha. Not exactly lah, just kidding. Only that he's very bad with road directions.Hehehehehe. So anyway he called me up around 10+ to say that he got to wait about an hour before he gets the result. Chatted for awhile before we hung up coz I have got werk to complete. After I completed my werk, I went for lunch with the rest & he called again. He was like .."S*** lah I got to book again." And I replied " Ya ya ya blah blah blah" Then he goes "U tau jer ehh. I'm soo happy I've passed." So we hung up again coz I was eating my black pepper chix @ the canteen. Yeahh this guy abit off.. Last time he told me he doesn't need a Class 2B coz his Class 3 da cukup dah. But now after seeing our classmates having their own bikes & our school abit inconvenience, he went to get his lisence. To me it doesn't matter whether or not he has a Class 2B. Public transport also can travel mahh.

I'll be starting my new job on Monday & I'll be on shift so I guess I won;t be updating this bloggie of mine for awhile till I'm more or less settle @ werk. Examz are also around the corner only......... *ARRRGGGHHHHHHHHHH* I'm feeling the stress & pressure alredy.

A Well-Deserved Break

Ok peepz I'm back. Fresher. Happier. Relieved. Stress-free.

First thing is I got the JOB. The job which I went for 3 interviews. YES! Finally. 1 burden off my shoulder. No more teachers bugging me. No more hearing of students' screaming & yelling. The AM wanted me to stay but of coz I go for the better offer, better pay & benefits. And mite as well I werk something related to my studies. Not that this current job is not related to my studies. It does but only thing that the environment is just not me. Frens who know me get shocked that I werk in a school. He he. So yesterday after receiving a call from Mr Jason Harvey,my future manager, I quickly typed out my resignation letter & submitted it to the AM(Admin Manager lerr), giving him one weeks' notice.I was soo happy that I was almost jumping in front of the students.

So anyway past few days we had 2 tests. We were both soo stressed up past few weeks & since we ended our tests yesterday, Rudy suggested to unwind today. Kind of a double-celebrations too coz I got the JOB. Got to unwind too coz I'll be on shift werk already next month.Thinking of watching movies but nothing nice to watch & it's too common to watch movies. So we tot of bowling. Then he said "Why not we go theme park?" Good idea. So I met him after werk just now & headed to EscapeTheme Park @ Downtown East which is just a walking distance from his place. We took almost all the rides except for the Viking & The Inverter. We played some games at the carnival there & he won 3 stuffed toys. Too bad I wanted the whale soo badly but he didn't win it. Oh never mind. While leaving, we bumped in Nana,our fren's ex-gf, who werk there. Chit-chatted with her for awhile before we headed to the fishing pond for dinner. The place has a very relaxed ambience. I had popiah basah & roti john while Rudy had steak and he ordered some satay to go along. After dinner we strolled to the bustop near his place to take bus home. I was sooo tired that I slept thru the whole journey in the bus.

So I just showered and changed & here I am typing this while watching Raven on Nick.

Love Is in The Air

Thursday nite : Was SMS-ing my gerlfrens good nite msg. Then my ex-colleague, Aisah, replied and we were like having a little conversation. So I was asking her when she's getting engaged and she replied "Insya'allah" Then we wished each other good nite & ended our SMS session.

Friday noon @ werk : Lin, my other gf, SMS-ed me asking me if I got any job lobang for her and she just quit her previous job. So I replied her saying that I don't have any at the moment. Anyway Lin's bf,Aidil, was my partner at werk last time. So that's how I get to know her. So then she replied me "4 ur info, bsk aku n Aidil tunang" I was soo suprised that I called her immediately after I received that msg. She was like giggling on the fon. After talking to her, I gave Aidil a call, disturbing him. SO sweet both of them settling down. They've been together for soo long already. It's time they get on to the next stage.

After werk, I bump into Aisah. Then we were just catching up when she finally confessed that she already got engaged with Fazlee on Sunday. I was like "Wow" Then she was like apologising for not telling me coz she wanted to make a low profile one. I was like it's ok coz even if I get engaged I won't tell anyone too. To me, engagement is a no BIG deal. He he. Then Rudy came so we had to leave for school.

Since Aisah's werking till 2300hrs, I will go visit her later @ werk to do more catching up.I feel soo happy for my lovely frens finding & marrying their soulmates. Wish them luck, joy & happiness all life-long.

Sun Is Up

Extreme heat. Sun is high up in the sky. But as usual, I'm the computer lab enjoying the aircon. Soo kewling.Makes me so lazy getting my butt up the seat. Ha Ha. I feel that if I don't get a new job soon, I'm gonna die. Yeaahh this jobn is so plain dull & boring...... I need something more enegertic, more movements & more challenge. Guess I don't make a good admin worker. I kindda like to use more of my hands & legs to werk. And of coz I need to communicate more. Down here I werk alone. When they need me then they call me. Call as in on my hp .. like hellooo... I'm paying my own bills U know. Lalalaalalala........

Oh yah Rudy & I found a new hangout place- Library. Yeah. That's it. We've been like going to library to study, to borrow books & even like sit there & read. So Sunday after school, we went to Tampines Library to return books. Boring as it may seems but Tampines is the only nearest place around us. We wanted to go to the new library but was raining so we settled for the nearest one. Supposed to study there but it was crowded and we can't get a table. Then we had a quick munchie at Long John Silver's before we made a move home. I got home in time to go over to my Uncle's house for my cousin's(guy) engagement. No lah. Actually when I got there everything was over already. I went to pick Mum n granny up. Grand engagement. They like exchanged 30 trays of barang-barang from the girl's side. So I was like kepo-kepo only with the trays filled with chocolates,chocolates & more chocolates. Hmm.. reminded me of Willy Wonker. Hahahaha. Got home just in time to catch the ending of Men In Black 2 shown on Channel 5. Then Rudy called & we chatted for awhile. After that was DreamlanD.

I was SMS-ing Winnie yesterday, disturbing her about the new systems that the new company is installing @ my old werl place. Can say that she's already bored of werking there. Haiyahhh my time was over long ago. Honestly, if u're there, it's boring also coz it's the same thing everyday & every night. Imagine being locked up in the control room with 10-15 computers screens around you to monitor alarms & etc. Each time an alarm trigger, the computer will keep on beeping non-stop until the alarm is reset back to normal.Even at nights it's the same. And if anyone in the team of 3 is not alert enough,the whole team will get into trouble.Now that they are adding more new systems it mite even be worse *Sigh* It's time people in there get your butts out of FMC. Go get a life. Life is totally much brighter on the outside of FMC. Breath fresh air. (Naz I know you will read this... So spread the werds) Hahahahaa.

Today marks a special day for me. Shall not reveal how or why it is special. *Grins*

Anyway got to go now to prepare for my E-technology practical test later @ 1900hrs.

Saturday Nite

Time check : 0035hrs, 10 Sept.

So I'm home. In fact was home the whole of today. Good gerl huh..? YEAHHHH.... Actually lazy lah to go out. Anyway my body still feel weak coz I'm still on medications & those flu tablets make my eyes heavy & sleepy. If u know what I meant.

Anyway the interview yesterday was damn long. First time I went for an interview that long. Imagine I was there to meet Mr Mohan @ 1330hrs but I came earlier say ard 1315hrs. The lady @ the reception counter was very lovely,very frenly. The area is cozy. They have a section of blue wall just behind the counter where this lady is sitting. On the right hand side is wall of shelves filled with thropies. The left side has a greenish yellow background with a few sofas & a glass coffee table.Very relaxing for a gerl like me who's actually there for an interview.
So then came Mr Mohan.He's the CPG guy in-charge there.He brief me roughly what are the type of questions most likely the HP clients are gonna ask me. Coz actually the HP guy supposed to interview me @ 1400hrs. But Mr Mohan asked me to come earlier abit. He was also asking me if I'm able to werk shifts. I mean like -dUh- of coz I can. I've done it before for a year. On the other hand, he was telling me that he don't want to put me on shift coz I'm a girl. I was like -WTH- . In my heart I was like saying "Just becoz I'm a gerl I can't werk on shift?" Guess the concept never change after all. So then @ 1400hrs sharp the guy from HP came in & joined us. Known as Mr Ang, he started asking me about my previous job, my education wise & all those blah blah blah. There was a part of the interview where I got lost but lucky for me Mr Mohan was still around. He kind of help me answer instead. *Phew* By the time I got out of the room, it was already 1500hrs. I took the train & headed home before class. After class, Rudy sent me home & by the time he reached his place was almost 2330hrs. Chatted for awhile before we slept.

Anyway today Rudy went to play soccer after werk while I continued sleeping during the rain. Sooo syiookk. Regaining my sleep after a very long time. It've been some time since I sleep in the noons. Or should I say that it's been long since I slept for 8 solid hours. Anyway I was awaken by a phone call from him saying that he's home. I was still groggy at that point of time. Then Mum asked me to send her to my Uncle's place. So I got up,changed & dropped her off. I got home just in time to watch the VMA pre-show on MTV. Very Kewl. I like Snoopp Dog's car. The interior is all LV. If only I get my hand on his car.... -drooL- Oh common' it's just an "IF" After the awards thingy I switched to ManU vs ManC soccer match.The match just ended few minutes ago. It's a draw. Same goes to Tottenham vs Liverpool. Bad BaD.

So my eyes are getting heavy again. I wanna sleep. Tomorrow got to study & prepare for exams already. Exams are just around the corner in Oct.During fasting month. Die Die Die. Hopefully I'm gonna make it thru.So nitey niTe. Or should I say morning......?

I'm AlmosT tHerE

So I made it for the 2nd interview by CPG-Amec. Suprise that they still accept me for the job. They told me that last time HP didn't like the concept of a gurl technician but now the concepts have changed alot.

Anyway on my journey back from the interview, I was feeling rather sleepy already coz of the flu tablet I took earlier that day. So I was sleeping thruout in the MRT. Upon reaching skool, my body was losing its energy already. In fact I couldn't even concentrate in class. So after skool Rudy sent me home in a cab. Got home,showered, took the medications & off I went to bed. The next day,Tuesday, I forced myself to get up & ready to werk. When I got to werk, I was soo moody & restless. & my nose didn't get any better by the time I got to school. So while in class, when everyone was doing their practical werks, I started to have breathing difficulties. So I got Rudy to call Dad up & pick me home. Knowing my Dad, he immediately sent me to A&E @ Changi Hospital. They gave me immediate treatment on the spot & I was being sent home after that. The doc gave me a day MC for Wednesday. Just a day. So I rested the whole day @ home even skipping class that nite. I even missed the Girl Guides Camp that I was supposed to attend on Wednesday. So yesterday, Thursday, I came back to werk. Cleared up my werk for Wednesday before lunch. Then one of my collegues was suggesting that since we're free, we can go for foot reflexology. So we had lunch @ Banquet after that we went for massage. Damn relaxing mann..! Syiookk...! After werk was skool as normal again. Then went home & sleep again coz I was sleepy after taking those medicines.

So today I'm taking 1/2 day for the interview. So hopefully, pray hard that I will get the job. Will update asap.

mY WeeKEnD

Guess the last time I updated this blog was few days back. But to cut the story short I can only recall what I did during the weekend.

Sat : Went to pick my sister & her husband up from WTC coz they went to Batam the day before. I made Rudy accompanied me as I wasn't sure how to get there. He he. I was very suprised to see Harbour Front. Very big.Loads of shops. Very nice man. Wanted to walk around but we didn't have time coz they arrived sooner than expected. After picking them up, we headed home.On the way home, almost reaching my house carpark, there's one idoit driver whu just turned out from the carpark & cut into my lane.Lucky me I braked on time. If not I would have banged into his car. Stupiddd A**. Even if I banged into him, it wasn't my fault.Bro-In-Law was like cursing & swearing. Got home, changed & surfed abit before I felt sleepy.

Sun : Woke up abit later than usual coz I didn't have the morning class. managed to laze around for awhile before I actually got ready to leave house. Met Rudy @ Tampines to settle his bills & stuffs before we went to skool. Skool was normal but only 7 turned up.Maybe becoz of the rain. After skool, Rudy & I went to meet Sarina & Ian @ Suntec for the food fair. We were late so Sarina told us not come up coz it was over-crowded & that she was stuck inside. Futhermore there weren't many Halal food stalls. Then we went to Tampines to meet the rest.We were supposed to sit & chat @ Starbucks but the tables & chairs were wet.The venue was changed to Coffee Bean. We sat there all 4 of us waiting for Liyana & Sham & Shikin & Aidil. By the time they came, it was already 7+ . Drank, chatted, took fotos & the blah,blah, blah. Then Liyana was hungry so we all went to Food Culture for late dinner. Topic for the nite : Marriage. Ha ha. Not for me. But for Liyana who wud be tying the knot next year. So sweet rite? Imagine settling down with what people say "High Skool Sweetheart". Shikin was also telling us that she's planning to get engaged next year during her birthday. Another awwwwww... Guess we have all reached an age or a stage where marriage is the next thing to be done. Ok so I missed out to mention how the girls are related to me.Sarina, Shikin, Liyana & I were classmates since Sec 1. Sarina is also dating her high skool sweetheart. Kewl huh? Anyway lucky that Rudy didn't felt akward yesterday coz it was his first time meeting the gang. He got along with the bunch of guys. Infact they all have something in common : The guys are all from the Army during thier NS. So they had something to talk about. *Phew* It was soo nice seeing all of them again after soo long.Guess we should have more gatherings in the future. Maybe during the fasting month..?

As for today, I'm down with flu. Got to get well as I'm going for a job interview later @ 1500hrs. Wish me luck peepz.
